- Module 1 - Note Investing Fundamentals will give you all of the basics needed to get started!
- Module 2 - Due Diligence is half the battle in the note business. Learn how to perform due diligence like a pro!
- Module 3 - When acquiring a note there are certain processes involved and you want to know them all!
- Module 4 - Monitoring is key to success. Outsource or handle it yourself, but you must know the game!
- Module 5 - Exit strategies are great with notes and you should probably purchase with those strategies in mind!
- Module 6 - Exit is a piece of cake when compared to real estate but you need to be an expert at the process!
